A lovely easy walk although may be too steep for less able people going from the bottom up but manageable from top to bottom.

Beautiful walks, gorgeous lake, fab playground for my 21 month old (just about big enough with help to enjoy it) and a lovely cafe :)

Looks to have had quite a bit of time and money spent on the paths between Silverdale and Ballasalla. Three different paths to choose from, accessible by wheelchair or pram but I imagine would be a bit bumpy over the compacted stones. Lovely and peaceful through the wild garlic - dog loved it too !

Lovely place with great walks down the river (can walk from here to Rushen Abbey and further to Castletown). Lots of activities for children with a victorian water powered carousel. Don't have hot drinks here as our milk was off with big lumps in it. When we told the staff the issue, they were very rude, and we had to walk away in disgust.

Nice area to explore. Cafe and park on site. Boating lake in summer months. Well worth a visit with the kids.

It was lovely, there was a very nice young woman at the counter. Made some delicious coffee for me and my wife, Shelby. She was extremely kind to our son, David, and served him a generous scoop of ice cream
